Babyuk N. The topos of a city in proses of Iryna Vilde

For the first time in dissertation in Ukrainian literary carried out research of the topos of city in prose of Iryna Vilde and the features of historical and literary context of the twenty century are analyzed, in which depicted the work of author. On the example of the analysis of creativity of Iryna Vilde we were able to find out the chronotope of cities in her large and small prosesare very different and multifaceted. There are the modern Chernivtsi, the original Lviv, the «freelance» Kolomyia, the Ivano-Frankivsk and also partly the topos of Warsaw. In her writings (the story-book trilogy «Butterflies on pins» and the novel «The Richynsky sisters», small prose), urban toposes (Chernivtsi, Kolomyia and Lviv) appear as complex typological structures, relatingto real life collisions, so the opening of her writer's world seems as prospective and productive.
