Essay

Object of study: the process of developing, implementing, and using of social tools for enterprise human resource management. Purpose: theoretical and methodological substantiation of the principles of formation and development of social tools for managing the personnel of the enterprise and outlining practical directions for improving this process. Methods: dialectical, system analysis, induction and deduction, synergistic, factor analysis, statistical analysis, expert evaluation, economic and mathematical modeling, graphical-analytical. Novelty: for the first time a structural and logical scheme of enterprise development was developed based on the use of social tools of personnel management, the author concept of "social toolkit of personnel management" is defined; the terminological apparatus of the research topic, the process of forming social toolkit of personnel management in the conditions of modern social and institutional transformations, methodical provisions for assessing the level of use of social instruments of personnel management of the enterprise are improved. Scope of application: in the activity: LLC “Zirka”, where a methodological toolkit for evaluating the effectiveness of social tool management of enterprise personnel was applied, LLC “Sambir poultry farm”, where recommendations on the use of social tools for personnel management in the development of personnel strategy of the enterprise was applied, PF Bilaky in the direction of systematic introduction of organizational and economic mechanism of formation of social toolkit for personnel management, LLC “Sambir dairy plant”, where a creative and motivational approach to improving the social toolkit for managing the personnel of the enterprise was applied, in the educational process of the Lviv University of Business and Law in teaching the subjects "Economic Analysis", "Business Planning", "Personnel Management".
