The dissertation is devoted to the scientific task of improving the technological processes of hot rolling of billets made from aluminum alloys and to the recommendations development for their rational technological parameters ensuring. The method of theoretical study of deformation resistance in the deformation zone, as well as the method of estimation of deformability in calculations of the used plasticity resource and the indicator of the stress state, for the processes of hot rolling of billets from different grades of aluminum alloys, were further developed. The mechanism of influence of non-contact zones of the workpieces and the deformation conditions close to the isothermal conditions on the broadening and deformation irregularity in deformation zone during rolling is studied. The mathematical model for the calculation of the circle-oval broadening was improved and their experimental verification was performed to assess the adequacy of the model's use. A technique for predicting the occurrence of defects in hot-stamping forging of aluminum alloys for deformation in a former pass with previous rolling is proposed. The program-methodical complex of the system of automatic calculation of calibers and creation of three-dimensional models of rolling sectors has been developed.
