Cherneha Y. Liability for bribery under the criminal law of Ukraine

The dissertation covers the issue of responsibility for bribery under the criminal law of Ukraine and reveals the state of its scientific research. The historical and legal aspects of the formation and regulatory regulation of criminal liability for bribery are considered. Foreign criminal legislation is analyzed for the purpose of revealing the regularities of the normative regulation of liability for bribery. An integrated concept of "bribery" in criminal law is proposed, its generic features are analyzed and analyzed. The problems of correlation between active and passive forms of bribery, the concept and place of undue benefit in the warehouses of bribery in the Criminal Code of Ukraine, the conditionality of bribery and the scope of the concept of "bribery" in the criminal law of Ukraine are outlined. Here are some options for solving particular problems of criminal qualification of bribery and criminal liability for such encroachment. The case law is analyzed and amendments to the criminal legislation of Ukraine aimed at improving the effectiveness of criminal law are proposed.
