Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to solving the scientifically applied problem of increasing the efficiency of the drawing process of welding low carbon carbon by developing scientifically sound approaches to the rational implementation of production technology using the maximum material plasticity resource and forecasting the quality of the finished product. A map of materials G3Si1 and Sv-08G2S was generated in the state of delivery, which included the following functions: flow curve, standard mechanical characteristics, plasticity diagram, Bauschinger curve, and a hard-tensile-strain-strain graph. The relationship between the microstructure of the welding wire and its welding and technological properties and the coefficient of hardening are established. The deformability of low-carbon steel wires in the process of its multi-stage drawing has been evaluated. The phenomenological model of strengthening of low carbon welding wire in the process of drawing was obtained. The technique of carrying out an input control of a rod for the production of low-carbon steel wire is developed, which allows to predict the mechanical properties of finished wire of different diameters by the results of tensile tests.
