Essay

Object: process of management of housing and communal services enterprises. Purpose: substantiation of theoretical and methodological provisions and development of practical recommendations for improving the management potential of development of housing and communal services enterprises. Methods: decomposition and semantic analysis, induction and deduction, analogies and comparisons, construction of scientific hypotheses, comparative and historical-logical analysis, scientific abstraction and systematic approach, economic-mathematical models and calculation and analytical methods of observation, measurement, analysis and comparison, coefficient method, construction of integral index and modified graph analytical model, Delphi method, SPACE analysis method, iterative cluster and taxonomic analysis methods. It is offered: it is improved:proposed: improved: structural and functional mechanism of managing the potential of housing and utilities development, scientific and methodological approach to assessing resource management of housing and utilities development potential, scientific and methodical approach to assessing the environmental factors, the methodical approach to determining the type of housing and utility management strategy scientific approach to managing the development potential of utilities; gathered subsequent development:: defining the content of the concept of "enterprise development potential", methodical approach to assessing the effectiveness of the implementation of the strategy for managing development potential by types of activities (water supply, sewerage, heat supply and maintenance of buildings and adjoining territories.
