Essay

The thesis is devoted to the use in the complex treatment of external application of bromine highly mineralized chloride sodium water for patients with lumbosacral osteochondrosis. achieve the objectives, 86 patients with osteochondrosis (56 men and 30 women) aged 30 to 60 years old who underwent a comprehensive clinical, laboratory, X-ray and MRI examination were examined. The experimental data found that the external application of mineral water has the quality of a nonspecific systemic modulator, and has a calming effect on the central nervous system. Clinical studies have shown that the external use of mineral water in rehabilitation complexes in patients with osteochondrosis is appropriate and is an effective natural factor that normalizes calcium metabolism. Experimental studies in rats have shown that the use of mineral water from the Liman well does not cause negative structural changes in the internal organs. Water shows the qualities of a non-specific system modulator and has a calming effect on the CNS, it promotes ion exchange in animals. A survey of 86 patients with lumbosacral osteochondrosis receiving a course of one of three treatment and rehabilitation complexes showed that baths with bromine highly mineralized sodium chloride water improved the patient's rehabilitation results. The inclusion in the therapeutic complex of baths with bromine highly mineralized sodium chloride water, treatment and rehabilitation complexes № 2 (TRC-2), significantly reduced, relative to the baseline, the period of occurrence of positive changes (from 10 to 5 days) in the clinical picture of patients with lumbar- sacral osteochondrosis. The use of bromine-containing high-mineralized water in the treatment of patients with the specified pathology, improved the results of treatment not only due to the analgesic local effect, but also through a positive effect on the peripheral and central nervous systems. It should also be emphasized that the ionic complex of mineral water, which is included in the TRC-2, contributes to the improvement of calcium metabolism, which also leads to positive dynamics in the clinical picture of treated patients. The most effective was the complex of TRC-3: baths with mineral water, massage, therapeutic exercise, underwater extraction, karipain electrophoresis. The use of karipain electrophoresis in TRC-3 shortened, relative to the base course, the time of occurrence of positive changes (from 10 to 3 days) in the clinical picture of patients with lumbosacral osteochondrosis; improved the structure and function of damaged intervertebral discs, helped reduce irritation of nerve roots, restored muscle tone, normalized venous outflow, helped to reduce painful manifestations and restore sensitivity, reduced the number of patients. The analysis of the effectiveness of therapy of various rehabilitation courses of treatment in patients with osteochondrosis of the lumbosacral spine enables us to state that the benefit of the course of treatment, which in addition to the basic course of treatment includes baths with highly mineralized sodium chloride mineral water and electrophoresis of karipain is confirmed by the results of clinical and laboratory studies. Studies have shown that the use of the indicated water improves calcium metabolism.
