Avetisyan M. Organizational-legal form of economic activity

The thesis is dedicated to the study of the organizational and legal form of economic activity, development and reasoning of new theoretical foundations aimed at improving the foundations on the organizational and legal form of economic activity, and formulation of proposals for the improvement of the appropriate legislation. The work deals with the definition of organizational and legal form of economic activity, the types of organizational and legal form of economic activity are studied and specified, the legislative basis of organizational and legal form of economic activity is analyzed and the directions of its improvement are justified, the requirements for the selection of organizational and legal form of economic activity are considered. Particular attention was paid to the content of the organizational and legal form of economic activity, in particular, the organizational and property elements of the content were revealed, as well as the issue of ensuring compliance with the requirements for the content of the legal form of economic activity and the legal effects of its non-compliance. Theoretical foundations and conclusions of the thesis can be used in further scientific research, educational process and law enforcement activities
