The object of research: professional training of future speech therapists in higher educational institutions. The aim of research: determination, scientific justification and experimental verification of the effectiveness of the complex of organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of the readiness of future speech therapists for professional activities in rural areas in higher educational institutions. The subject of research: organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of readiness of future speech therapists for professional activities in rural areas in higher educational institutions. The results of research: the essence of the future speech therapist teacher's readiness for professional activity in rural areas is considered in work as a complex system that integrates motivational, cognitive, activity and personal components, is an indicator of ability to professional activity in rural areas and determines the efficiency of providing special services for children with special educational needs. The complex of organizational and pedagogical conditions that ensure its successful formation has been developed, namely: introduction of a set of forms and methods aimed at organizing students' educational activities with maximum approximation to the specifics of their future professional work in the system of inclusion in the countryside; development and introduction of educational and methodological support in the educational process aimed at activating innovative search of students in the educational process, enhancing the role of their independent educational activity, ensuring the transition to the creative level; creation of an information-communication environment that reflects the corrective-pedagogical process (without intellectual and territorial restrictions) as the basis for future professional activity of speech-language teachers in rural areas. The sphere of usage: the research results are implemented and used in the practical work of Berdyansk State Pedagogical University; Zaporizhzhya National Technical University; Kamianets-Podіlskyi National Ivan Ohiienko University; Khortytsia National Academy; Zaporizhzhya National University.
