Essay

In the dissertation research scientific and methodical approaches to the problem of development of motor qualities of students in the system of physical education are presented; the features of studying students of technical institutions of higher education with the account of their future professional activity are revealed; the specifics of the work of the engineer and the need for the development of motor qualities to improve the level of efficiency and successful professional activity are analyzed; as a result of the conducted studies, the types of motor activity determined by the students of the technical specialties, their connection with the requirements for professional activities; the necessity and expediency of development of motor qualities of students by means of table tennis in non-auditing activity is determined. The development of motor skills of students is an actual problem of the sphere of physical education, which needs to be solved through the use of various forms and means, especially students of technical universities, whose professional activities are related to specific working conditions, including long-term diverse static positions, uniformity of actions, monotony, the need to maintain high concentration and attention to work, etc. Such work requires a high level of efficiency and health, which can not be achieved without the optimal development of motor qualities. However, the search for new ways and means of developing motor skills of students in non-audiences of activity remains relevant. Scientists point out the leading influence of motor activity in shaping the way of life, the level of health, work capacity of student youth. It is enough to study in modern literature various means of development of motor qualities of children and young people. But there are almost no studies of the influence of table tennis lessons on the development of motor skills of students of higher technical education institutions. The biomechanical models of the technique of performance of table tennis exercises, on the basis of which the program of operational control over development of motor qualities of students is made, was constructed. In particular, the program of operational control includes the implementation of test tasks based on the analysis of graphic models of biomechanical indicators, it is possible to compare and make a comparative analysis of the effectiveness of the implementation of programs for the development of motor skills of students in non-auditing activities by means of table tennis. An experimental program whose principal difference is the use of table tennis equipment in the development of motor skills of students of higher technical educational institutions in non-auditing activity is developed. Under the means of table tennis, we understand special and general motor exercises of the training process of players in table tennis. Special exercises have been used to improve the elements of the game of table tennis, as well as the development of strength, speed, endurance, flexibility and coordination. General developing motor exercises were used to increase the level of overall motor performance, level of health, development of motor abilities. The analysis of the influence of the experimental program on the development of motor qualities in the composition of the program of control testing with the use of a stabilizer analyzer was carried out, and the results indicate that, in all the studied parameters, higher results in the students of the experimental group. The study of the level of development of motor qualities, after the introduction of experimental techniques, by means of tensodinamography proves the effectiveness of the experimental program. The results of the testing of the level of development of motor qualities at the beginning and at the end of the experiment prove the effectiveness of the proposed experimental program for the development of motor qualities of students of the higher technical educational institution in non-auditing activity by means of table tennis.
