The object is the political security of Ukraine as a component of the modern political process; the purpose is to identify the threats and challenges of political security in the context of hybrid warfare and to substantiate the basic mechanisms for ensuring political security of modern Ukraine; novelty - the classification dimensions of threats to political security are presented; results - The suggestions and conclusions formulated and summarized as a result of the study can be used to further expand and deepen research and development in the national security system in general, as well as political security in particular; preparation of educational materials for use in the educational process in teaching political science in higher educational establishments.
