An important scientific and practical problem in the field of civil defense is solved - methodology for preventing emergencies related to the threat of explosion of a small explosive object is developed, with priority consequences, such as the number of victims and injured persons. For the first time there were developed: a mathematical model for the prevention of emergency situations associated with the threat of explosion of a small explosive object; a technique for preventing emergencies associated with the threat of explosion of a small explosive object; laboratory installation, which is based on a dome-shaped protective device.
