Essay

The object of the research is the process of professional training of future social pedagogues in higher education institutions; the subject of the study is a methodological system for preparing future social pedagogues to work in early social rehabilitation centers; the purpose of the research is to theoretically justify and experimentally test the effectiveness of the methodological system used in training future social pedagogues to work in early social rehabilitation centers; research methods - the following methods were employed at various stages of the research work: theoretical (analysis, synthesis, comparison, systematization, induction, modeling, deduction); empirical (ascertaining and forming experiments, questioning, testing, pedagogical observation, ranking, quantitative and qualitative analysis of empirical data); mathematical and statistical methods; the scientific novelty of the research results consists in the following: for the first time the essence of the concept "readiness of future social pedagogues to work in early social rehabilitation centers" is defined; the author developed and theoretically substantiated methodological system for training future social pedagogues to work in early social rehabilitation centers, which was created taking into account specific tasks of developing outlook-and-viewpoint, operational-and-cognitive, and personal resource components of professional readiness of future social pedagogues; the author also developed program and methodological resources for the implementation of the methodological system in the educational process of higher education institutions and the optional course "Social and pedagogical work in early social rehabilitation centers"; defined criteria and indicators, as well as characterized levels of readiness of future social educators to work in early social rehabilitation centers.
