Essay

Object of study: state regulation in the field of healthcare. Purpose: theoretical justification and development of practical recommendations for improving the mechanisms of state regulation in the field of health protection in Ukraine. Methods: a systematic approach, abstract logical method, methods of analogy, comparison, induction and deduction, statistical method, comparison method, system-analytical. Results: an urgent scientific problem was solved regarding the theoretical justification and development of practical recommendations for improving the mechanisms of state regulation in the field of public health in Ukraine. Novelty: approaches are proposed regarding the transformation of the innovative-logistic mechanism of state regulation in the field of health care in Ukraine; the methodological approach to the development of an integrated mechanism of state regulation in the field of health protection has been improved; process approach to the modernization of the model of state regulation of the socially-solidary system of organization and financing of health care; a systematic approach to the development and implementation of the resource-personnel mechanism of state regulation of healthcare in Ukraine; received further development: substantial filling of the definition of "state regulation in the field of healthcare" as a set of organizational and legal norms and mechanisms of state authorities and local self-government; theoretical approach to the formation and implementation of a mechanism for improving the state-communal model of healthcare existing in Ukraine.
