Ryzhenko K. Autobiographical discourse in Panteleimon Kulish's prose

In the dissertation, for the first time in Ukrainian literary studies, the key aspects of autobiographical discourse were analyzed, systematized and generalized in the prose by Panteleimon Kulish, the founder of Ukrainian ego-literature; the genological paradigm and the transformational evolution of writer's memoir-autobiographical prose traced in the context of national biographical fiction of the second part of the nineteenth century; Determined the ideological and artistic, genre, structural and stylistic levels of P. Kulish's autobiographical prose; Narrative models of self-objectification of the author's «I» in the writer's fiction have been researched.
