The aim of the thesis is to study emotional experiences in adolescents with psychosomatic cardiovascular diseases, to create and to approbate the complex psychocorrectional program for developing the ability to self-regulate emotional experiences in adolescents with psychosomatic cardiovascular diseases. Emotional experiences of adolescents with psychosomatic cardiovascular diseases are manifested through a series of psychological symptom complexes, which are based on the personal characteristics of the subjects, on relationships with the closest environment (child-parent and siblings), which directly affect the personality of sub-adolescents and sub-adolescent personality, and also considering the nosological load itself. An empirical study covered 360 respondents. The experimental group consisted of 180 adolescents with psychosomatic cardiovascular diseases aged 14 and 15 years. The control group included 180 respondents of their peers without manifestation of the disease. An integrated approach of empirical study of emotional experiences of adolescents with psychosomatic cardiovascular diseases is proposed. The results of the study were integrated into the formative part of the study. The study presents the definition of emotional experiences and the theoretical model of the occurrence of emotional experiences in adolescents with psychosomatic cardiovascular diseases. The understanding of the role of emotional experiences in the genesis and in the processing of the stigmatizing consequences of psychosomatic cardiovascular diseases for adolescents has been deepened. The diary of introspection and reflection of emotional experiences according to the age of the subjects was developed and tested. The research substantiated the assumption that psychosomatic patients have more intense emotional experiences; in particular adolescents with psychosomatic cardiovascular diseases due to symptomatology or dreams. Adolescents with psychosomatic cardiovascular disease were found to exhibit higher scores on the scales: neuroticism, bright extrovert and deep introvert, high level of emotional tension and anxiety compared to the control group.
