The study was carried out in the amount of 156 cases of MET, due to modern hostilities in the early hospital phase of medical care. The clinical, epidemiological, clinical and nosological characteristics of the injuries resulting from modern MW at an early hospital stage were studied and analyzed. For the first time, a pathomorphological analysis of the changes that occur in the tissues of the skeletal muscle of the thigh as a result of modern military operations at the early hospital stage of medical care was carried out. The possibility of using existing standardized systems for assessing the severity of injury and severity of the condition in patients with MET at an early hospital stage was investigated. Based on our own experience in providing medical care to victims of MET at an early hospital stage, a modern standardized system for assessing the severity of injury and the condition of the victim, the GKO scale, was developed and implemented. On its basis, a clinical-organizational optimal model for the provision of medical care to victims with modern MET was developed, its effectiveness was assessed based on the application of the concept of clinical risk management.
