In the thesis experimentally proves the possibility of obtaining railway sleepers that is resistant to internal corrosion by complex modification by organic and miner-al admixtures, which by binding the alkaline metal ions contribute to an increase the temperature of stable existence of ettringite, reduce the likelihood of dangerous pro-cesses of its recrystallization and prevent the occurrence of alkaline corrosion and electrocorrosion of concrete. Were developed the recipes of modified concrete with reduced to 400-380 kg/m3 cement content, which allowed to reduce the content of active alkalis in concrete to a safe level. The use of admixtures-accelerators allowed to reduce the temperature of the heat treatment of modified concrete to 40 °C. In in-dustrial conditions were repeated of compositions of concrete with a reduced to 400-380 kg/m3 cement content and 5% metakaolin, which after 8 hours of heat treatment at temperature of 40 °C provided a compressive strength at the level the production composition of concrete with a content of 450 kg/m3 cement.
