The dissertation is devoted to substantiation of theoretical and methodical bases and development of practical recommendations on construction and functioning of systems of monitoring and control in management of the agricultural enterprises. The genesis of scientific positions on the interpretation of the definitions of "monitoring" and "control" in the management of enterprises is studied. Theoretical and methodical bases of realization of the control function in management of activity of the agrarian enterprise are substantiated. Methodical bases of estimation of efficiency of systems of monitoring and control in management of the agricultural enterprises are defined. Trends in the construction and operation of monitoring and control systems in the management of agricultural enterprises have been identified. An assessment of the dynamics of changes in the level of economic efficiency of agricultural enterprises and identify features of the control functions in their management. The structure and features of the use of monitoring and control tools in the management of agricultural enterprises are determined. Organizational and economic principles of monitoring and control in the management of agricultural enterprises are identified. The architecture and architecture of monitoring and control systems in the context of the development of information support for the adoption and implementation of management decisions are substantiated. The directions, ways and procedures of integration of monitoring and control systems into the management system of the agrarian enterprise are determined. The conceptual principles of construction and operation of monitoring and control systems in the management of agricultural enterprises, based on the decomposition of the control function with the identification of monitoring as its key component given the versatility and focus on determining the characteristics of the external and internal environment, continuous observation, involved elements of the management system of the enterprise in the process of formation of these systems and the formalization of the functional loading of the corresponding divisions of the enterprise. Improved methodological approaches to assess the effectiveness of monitoring and control systems in the management of agricultural enterprises, which are based on establishing a link between the level of control and monitoring functions, the development of support for implementation and implementation of management decisions and the achieved level of economic efficiency. The scientific interpretation of the definitions of "monitoring" and "control" as functions that involve the implementation of processes of identification of parameters, features, characteristics and indicators of the internal and external environment of the enterprise, sources of information to support management decisions and procedures for monitoring identified characteristics for the purpose of balanced functioning of the management system of the enterprise and maintenance of its activity and development. Organizational and economic principles of realization of control function of management of agrarian enterprises by formalization of functions of elements of the management system involved in carrying out monitoring and control, and also construction of the corresponding functional systems in structure of management of the enterprise are developed. A methodological approach to identify the dependence of the level of economic efficiency of the main activities of agricultural enterprises on the organization of control functions by their management, which is based on determining the degree of completeness of parameters used in monitoring and control, taking into account the characteristics of the subsystem to respond to planned deviations. forecast values. Substantiation of architecture and architecture of monitoring and control systems in the management of agricultural enterprises by clearly identifying the functions, processes and procedures for collecting and processing management information needed to support decision-making in the management of the main activities and development of the enterprise and integration of these subsystems into existing ones.
