Thesis theoretical generalization and new decision of scientific problem are carried out in relation to the decision of essence and features of co-operation of administrative courts with government bodies public and public in Ukraine, that allowed to form corresponding scientific conception, and also ground the row of new positions and recommendations. The considered theoretical aspects of administrative and law principles of co-operation of administrative courts are with government bodies public and public in Ukraine.
