Demydova M. Administrative-legal status of subjects of public administration

Thesis has theoretical generalizations and justifies a new solution to a scientific problem that relates to the content of the administrative-legal status of public administration entities. The main attention is paid to solving the problem from the point of view of the ideology of anthropocentrism. The author reveals the legal nature of subjects of public administration through their essential features, place, role, purpose of activity and function in the system of administrative law. The scientific research determined that the subjects of public administration by their nature are subjects of a hybrid (mixed) type. In this regard, they need a special legal regime for the implementation of legal personality on the basis of «mixed» («hybrid») forms and controls. Conclusions are drawn in scientific work that the hybrid form of the legal status of public administration entities gives them the opportunity to exercise power in accordance with the principle of anthropocentrism.
