The staff sustainabilityas a form of metastable state of development of socio-economic system is investigated. An ontology of the general sphere of discourse "staff sustainability" is constructed. The essence of the concept of "staff sustainability" has been clarified. The prerequisites and factors for staff sustainability of the enterpriseare identified. Recent trends and projected changes in the development of the global labor market, which affect the ability to provide human resources to the regions, countries and economic entitieshave been identified. An approach to the audit of staff develop-ment conditions of the enterprise is proposed. The staff stability of the enterprises of the recreation complex is given. The approach to the diagnostics and forecasting of the staff stability of the enterprises of the recreation complex has been formed. A cognitive scheme for the use of social technologies in providing staff sustainability is proposed. A model of professional abilitiesof the personnel in the system of ensuring the staff sustainability was built.
