Vitrenko L. Mechanism of Financing Higher Education Institutions of State Ownership in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to research of theoretical and practical bases and definition of perspective directions of the mechanism perfection of the higher educational establishments financing of the state form of property in Ukraine. In the process of solving this problem, theoretical and methodological aspects of the higher educational establishments financing mechanism of the state form of ownership were identified. The dissertation work includes general calculations on the indicators of higher education development in Ukraine, as well as a detailed assessment of the dynamics of budget financing and the specificity of the mechanism of financing state higher education institutions. The analysis of the current state and tendencies of the development of the mechanism of financing higher education institutions allowed to identify the problematic aspects and threats to its further development, taking into account the experience gained. The ways of development of the mechanism of financing of higher education institutions, the state form of ownership are defined in the paper, which allows to expand the range of sources of attraction of financial resources for the development of their economic activity, as well as to achieve greater autonomy.
