The analysis of indicators of the state of the autonomic nervous system in chronic brain ischemia in patients with different degrees of functional angina, characterized by a significantly high increase in sympathetic effect (increase VLF, LF) and decrease parasympathetic (RMSSD, pNN50%, LН), gives reason to consider the indicators of variability of the predictor in patients with chronic cerebral ischemia with functional class angina.
