Essay

The dissertation substantiates theoretical and practical recommendations on the economic development of tourism enterprises and rural green tourism through the use of modern management concepts in order to create tools for strategic management of enterprises, taking into account the various components of modeling to ensure their competitive development. For the first time the concept of rural green tourism development as the main direction of entrepreneurial activity within the rural territories is grounded, taking into account the program of development of the region through decentralization mechanisms, which is based on the principles of strategic management by modeling for the respective programs of investment support, formation of investment attractiveness on the principles of environmental friendliness, sustainability social partnership, formation of strategies of economic development using modern management m reaction mechanisms through the introduction of marketing tools work. The tools of marketing activity of the enterprise have been improved taking into account the industry specificity and peculiarities of formation of appropriate information support for the fullest possible use of the communication policy; approaches to the formation of the organizational mechanism of tourism enterprises through formalization of opportunities for their vertical and horizontal integration in accordance with the results of zoning; methodological approaches to determining the competitive potential of tourism and rural green tourism enterprises. Further developed tools for assessing the competitiveness of tourism enterprises and rural green tourism through the introduction of social, economic and financial components and relative indicators in determining the integrated performance indicator, taking into account the possibilities of planning and forecasting its changes; mechanisms of organizational and economic support for the competitiveness of tourism enterprises; directions and models of strategic management of economic development of enterprises on the basis of adaptation of existing results of activity to the newest (innovative for this sphere) management systems and software.
