Havrylenko O. Economic Results Monitoring and Control Systems in the Agricultural Enterprises Management

In the dissertation the theoretical generalization is made and a new solution of an important scientific problem concerning the scientific substantiation of theoretical and methodological and applied principles of integration of systems of monitoring and control of economic results in management of agricultural enterprises is obtained. The role and place of monitoring and control of economic results in the system of managerial decision making are outlined. The features of monitoring and control of economic results in management of agrarian enterprises are determined. The methodological toolkit for estimation of the state and economic results of activity of agricultural enterprises is substantiated. The tendencies of change of efficiency of production and sale of agricultural products by agrarian enterprises are revealed. Approaches to the organization of control and monitoring of obtaining economic results in management of agricultural enterprises are substantiated. The directions of transformation of approaches to internal strategic analysis in management of activity of agricultural enterprises are identified. The organizational and economic tools of monitoring and control of economic results of activity in management of agricultural enterprises are defined. Mechanisms for generation and implementation of operational strategies of agricultural enterprises are substantiated. The organizational principles of monitoring and control of the economic security of the agrarian enterprise have been determined. Conceptual bases of construction of systems of monitoring and control of economic results of activity in management of agrarian enterprises are substantiated, which envisage widespread involvement of monitoring and control tools, creation of information base of management decisions with separation of economic, production-technological and market information, as well as observance of the principle of g given the chosen strategic direction of development. The organizational principles of monitoring and control of economic results of agrarian enterprises are defined in the context of achieving a safe state of carrying out the main activity on the basis of the principles and tasks of the control and monitoring process, streamlining the system of objects of monitoring and control, as well as the identification of algorithms and procedures for performing analytical functions of enterprises. Scientific interpretation of the content of the concepts of "monitoring" and "control" in relation to the economic performance of the enterprise as a special function of monitoring the management of financial and economic activities to objectively evaluate the economic efficiency of their activities, identify and mobilize reserves for improving economic efficiency and create conditions for maintaining the appropriate level of financial and economic sustainability. The identification of tendencies of changes in the efficiency of production and sale of agricultural products on the basis of proving the priority of creating price competitive advantages through rational management of economic results of the main activity based on the systematic application of monitoring and control in the management of the enterprise. The methodological approach to the strategic analysis of the operating system of agrarian enterprise is grounded, based on the integration of market and resource approaches to strategy evaluation, taking into account changes in the external environment and risks of the main activity of the enterprise.
