Bykonia O. Organizational and economic mechanism of formation of the intellectual energy system of Ukraine.

Object of study: innovative development of the energy sector based on digital transformation. Purpose of the study: justification of the organizational and economic foundations of the formation of a national integrated intellectual energy system in the context of liberalization and integration of the electricity market. Research methods and equipment: to accomplish the tasks in the thesis, general scientific and empirical methods of scientific research are used. In particular, this is a logical-historical method, structural-functional analysis, factor analysis, statistical analysis, technological forecasting and foresight, economic and mathematical modeling and scenario analysis. Theoretical and practical results: the results of the study can be used to justify strategic documents on the formation of the intellectual energy system of Ukraine. Novelty: the organizational and economic foundations of the formation of the intellectual energy system of Ukraine in the context of liberalization and European integration of the electricity market are justified. The degree of implementation: implemented. The sphere (branch) of use: bodies of legislative and executive power.
