Thesis is the monographic research, which, in a complex way, taking into account modern methods of cognition, achievements of national and foreign legal science, as well as the current legislation of Ukraine, foreign countries and EU, considers administrative and legal regulation in the field of waste management in Ukraine. The concept and classification of waste are studied. Legal regulation in the field of waste management in Ukraine is analyzed and the object of administrative and legal regulation in the field of waste management in Ukraine is defined.
