Essay

The thesis focuses on a comprehensive study of the administrative and legal support of the right to peaceful assembly in Ukraine. On the basis of the international experience in the settlement of the right to peaceful assembly, it is proposed ways to increase the effectiveness of the mechanism of administrative and legal support of the right to peaceful assembly, which consists in the creation of a domestic mechanism for monitoring compliance with international standards of human rights and freedoms, as well as the development of opportunities to appeal to the European Court of Human Rights, if the problem of peaceful assembly is not solved at the national level.
