The dissertation is devoted to the improvement of theoretical positions, the development of scientific and methodological foundations and practical recommendations for the formation of a social strategy in the management system of tourism enterprises. The essence of enterprise management in a socially heterogeneous environment is investigated. The peculiarities of the formation of social strategies at tourism enterprises are determined. A scientific and methodological approach to determining the quality of social strategies of tourism enterprises has been developed. External preconditions for forming social strategies of tourism enterprises have been identified. The parameters of components of social strategies of tourism enterprises of Kherson region are determined. The quality level of the social strategy of tourism enterprises has been calculated. The consistency of the economic and social status of the personnel of tourist enterprises and consumers of tourist services in the formation of social strategies is taken into account. The necessity of applying a social-emotional filter to improve the quality of social strategies of tourism enterprises is substantiated. The scheme of functioning of the social-emotional filter to the behavioral type of the consumer of tourist services is offered. Developed scenarios of formation of social strategies of tourist enterprises are taking into account the possibility of improving their quality on the basis of comparison of actual and limited expressions of emotions of employees of tourist enterprises in communication with consumers of tourist services.
