Ivanov O. Administrative and legal status of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention

On the basis of the complex analysis of theoretical and legal principles, elemental structure of the administrative status of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention, new approaches to solving theoretical and applied problems related to the subject of the research have been developed in the thesis, as well as the ways of improving administrative legislation on corruption prevention in the activities of the specially authorized entity in the area of combating corruption. It has been determined that the National Agency on Corruption Prevention is the subject of public administration with a special status, which is endowed with a set of managerial and non-managerial powers, which are exercised in the process of public administration in the area of preventing and combating corruption in order to fulfill certain anti-corruption provisions, determined by anti-corruption legislation.
