Essay

The thesis is devoted to the research of theoretical fundamentals and practical aspects of the strategy of stakeholder relationship management at heat supply enterprises. The thesis summarizes the economic characteristics of activities of heat supply enterprises and the directions of stakeholder relationship management as all sides of enterprise development in a reforming process of housing and communal services of Ukraine. The research of social efficiency of Ukrainian heat supply enterprises' activities was carried out and experience of work organization of heat supply companies in developed countries of Europe has been analyzed. The directions of developing relations with stakeholders in the process of heat supply enterprises of Ukraine reforming on the basis of analysis of heat supply enterprises activity efficiency of developed European countries have been proposed. Strategic directions of heat supply system renewal by providing balanced stakeholder relationship management have been substantiated and the complex of tasks of their development has been defined. It has been proposed to use a balanced scorecard, which allows, based on the evaluation of financial and non-financial performance indicators of an enterprise, to identify trends of change in each of the four key areas of activity to achieve the goal of KTP to meet the public needs of consumers, profit for the development of the enterprise, ensure the interests of its employees and their satisfaction economic and social needs based on stakeholder reconciliation. Sustainable development of heat supply enterprises has been proposed to be carried out in the following strategic directions: the first is to improve the organizational structure and methods of management at heat supply enterprises; the second is the introduction of energy-saving measures and improvement of energy efficiency of the heat supply system; the third is the implementation of measures to prevent conflicts of interest in the process of managing relationships with heat supply enterprises stakeholders.
