Basilashvili M. Problems of law enforcement activity of executive authorities (using an example of bodies of the state civil registration authorities in Ukraine).

The dissertation research has traced the evolution of scientific ideas about the principles and nature of law enforcement in domestic and foreign jurisprudence, characterized the types (typology) of law enforcement activity, established the place of relevant activity of the state registration of civil status acts (SRCSA) among them. Peculiarities of regulatory support of activity of the state registration of civil status acts in Ukraine were determined, and experience of legal regulation of civil status acts registration bodies in foreign countries were processed in the comparative legal section. Factors that influence on the enforcement activities of the SRCSA were described and summarized. The legal facts that form the basis of law enforcement activities of the SRCSA were analyzed.
