Morhun A. Influence of intraperitoneal hypertension on the results of surgical treatment of acute pancreatitis

The dissertation work is of an experimental clinical nature. The possibility of drug correction of intra-abdominal hypertension with experimentally modeled acute pancreatitis in rats was studied. We studied the level and dynamics of intra-abdominal hypertension in patients with acute pancreatitis, as well as its relationship with the APACHE II scale. The effect of correction of intra-abdominal hypertension using conservative and minimally invasive surgical measures on the results of treatment of acute pancreatitis was studied. An additional diagnostic and treatment algorithm was developed and introduced taking into account the results of monitoring intra-abdominal pressure, which was used to optimize the treatment of patients with acute pancreatitis.
