Kukhta M. Constitutional and legal principles of forming the corps of professional judges: a comparative legal study

The dissertation is devoted to the study of constitutional and legal foundations of forming the corps of professional judges. The concept and signs of the constitutional and legal status of professional judges were identified. The elements of the constitutional and legal status of professional judges are highlighted. It is established that the constitutional and legal status of professional judges is primarily because it involves the formation of perception and understanding of its essence through the lens of constitutional law. Legal personality has been identified as a key feature and qualitative characteristic of judges as subjects empowered to exercise justice. The expediency of considering the constitutional principles (principles) of the legal status of a professional judge through the prism of the correlation of two fundamental systems of principles concerning the judiciary as a whole, and concerning the indisputable existence of which contemporary researchers - constitutional and legal principles of the constitutional and legal principles - have argued legal principles of judicial proceedings.
