Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the research of the theoretical and practical issues of the application of the norms of law by the executive authorities in Ukraine. The acts of the application of the norms of law have been investigated. It is determined that they realize the function of individual legal regulation and act as a means of operational control. The conclusions and proposals formulated in the dissertation will help to increase the efficiency of the application of the law by the executive authorities. A set of practical recommendations for the optimization of the application of the norms of law by the executive authorities has been proposed. The dissertation is based on the correlation-regression model of the source analysis.
