Shynkariov A. Interaction of public authorities and business entities in the context of decentralization.

The dissertation is devoted to solving an important scientific and practical problem, which consists in substantiation of theoretical foundations and improvement of the process of formation of mechanisms of interaction between public authorities and business entities in the conditions of decentralization in Ukraine. In the course of the research, theoretical, practical and organizational issues of formation of mechanisms of state regulation of activity of business sector at the local level are analyzed, scientific and methodological approaches to the evaluation of the effectiveness of such mechanisms are systematized. As a result of the conducted research, directions of improvement of instruments as constituent mechanisms of public administration and regulation of entrepreneurship were developed, a set of strategic measures of organizational and economic support of functioning of mechanisms of interaction of public authorities and business entities under conditions of decentralization in Ukraine was recommended. The conceptual bases for formation and realization of strategic directions of systematic modernization of the system itself and mechanisms of interaction of public authorities and business entities in the conditions of decentralization in Ukraine are grounded. local self-government and real state support for the business sector, enabling the interaction of state and market regulations and, on this basis, to expand the scope of research into the processes of formation of able territorial communities in Ukraine.
