The dissertation is devoted to the development of models, information technology and their application for solving the urgent task of improving the effectiveness of interaction of web-services in the aggregation of information by means of modeling and information technologies, taking into account the growth of information volumes and the development of web-technologies. A method of describing the interaction of web-services based on service algebra and the use of combined iterative operations in service algebra to build models of interaction of web-services, which allowed to take into account the dynamic features of the process of integration of web-services in mashup systems. For the study of web-services, simulation models of interaction of web-services in the form of temporal hierarchical color Petri nets have been developed, which allow to investigate the dynamic parameters of the web-system through the description of the web-service based on the algebra of services. Information technology of dynamic interaction modeling of web-services based on specialized algebra was developed and improved, for modeling of aggregating services by means of inclusion of new operations and construction of simulation models in CPN Tools environment, which allowed to increase the efficiency of interaction of web-services. Information technology is implemented as a framework for automated generation of aggregator web services. The mashup technology of integration of web-services was developed by introducing additional possibilities of dynamic modeling of interaction of web-services on the basis of Petri color networks, which allowed to increase the efficiency and speed of web-systems. On the basis of the proposed approach, effective web-services are implemented, which increase the speed of information receipt.
