Essay

The thesis is devoted to assessing spatio-temporal distribution climatic and bioclimatic indicators characterizing the comfortable and discomfortable climatic conditions in Ukraine, their variability in 1981-2010 and the probable change to the middle of the 21st century. Studies of the spatial patterns of distribution of comfortable for human weather conditions, their seasonal displays, and changes in current climatic period (1981-2010) were conducted uses a daily data of Ukraine meteorological observation network (187 stations) by air temperature (average, minimum and maximum value), wind speed (average and maximum per day) and average daily relative humidity. Estimation of probable change of comfort of climatic conditions in Ukraine till the middle of XXI century (2021-2050) relative to the current climatic period was conducted according to daily data of the regional climate model REMO/ECHAM5 (average air temperature, average wind speed, average relative humidity) from 1981 to 2050 for the scenario of SRES A1B. Estimated data obtained from the European FP-6 ENSEMBLES project with a resolution of 25 km.
