Essay

The object of the study is the process of assessment and development of competence of employees of the enterprise management apparatus. The research aims to the improvement of theoretical positions and methodical and applied recommendations of assessment and development of competence of employees of the enterprise management apparatus. The author used such methods as: comparison, analysis, synthesis, grouping, abstraction and generalization, description, characterization, distinction, method of questioning, method of expert assessments and empirical research, structural-logical analysis, method of formalization, graphical analysis, economic-mathematical methods, systematic approach. The theoretical value of the thesis refers to the study of the theoretical principles of assessment and development of competence of employees of the enterprise management apparatus. Scientific novelty of the results: the author has proposed a method of taking into account in modeling the influence on the degree of achievement of the goals of specific divisions of such parameters of the activity component of competence of employees of the management apparatus as timeliness, quality and compliance with the requirements of the position; has improved the integrated method of assessing the competence of employees of the management apparatus, the model of development of competence of employees of the enterprise management apparatus, tools to motivate the development of competence of employees of the enterprise management apparatus; has developed a conceptual and terminological apparatus for clarifying the nature and classification of the management apparatus, the potential for development of job competence, content and typology of competence of employees of the management apparatus, the system of indicators of monitoring the professional growth of employees of the management apparatus. The subject of research are theoretical and methodological and applied frameworks of assessment and development of competence of employees of the enterprise management apparatus The author's recommendations are applied to improve the process of assessing and developing the competence of employees of the enterprise management apparatus. The sphere for the use of author’s recommendations is revered to industrial enterprises.
