Processes of transformation of the public administration system of Ukraine as a key factor of democratization of Ukrainian society. Definition of scientific foundations and justification theoretical model of interaction of public authorities with political parties in context transformational reform of the public administration system as a key factor of democratization of Ukrainian society. Methods: logical-dialectical, system analysis and synthesis, comparison, abstraction, systematization, modeling. The theoretical model is substantiated interaction between political parties and public authorities, which is complex, interdependence and synergistic combination of four cluster blocks: subjects, values, forms and tools, procedures. The results have been put into practice in public administration.
