Essay

The dissertation deals with the actual scientific task of developing information technology of quality assessment of unmanned aviation complexes (UAS) in the process of determining departmental tests (DDT), which based on technical diagnostics data, takes into account the a priori evaluations of experts and provides the choice of optimal testing strategies and decision making by integrated risk-based quality indicator. For the first time, a probabilistic graphical model for assessing the quality of UAS has been developed, which uses a Bayesian trust network that takes into account technical diagnostics data together with expert assessments and provides analytical calculation of the integrated quality indicator of UAS during testing. The mathematical model of the UAS quality indicators system, which, unlike the existing ones, formalizes the influence of both functional and operational properties of the equipment and software related to the hierarchy relationship, and allows for the formation of an integrated quality indicator used as a criterion during a testing. The method of assessing the quality of UAS has been further developed, in which, unlike the existing approaches, a probabilistic graphical model with a series of statistical tests is used, which provides the choice of the optimal risk-taking strategy of the DDT. The developed information technology has a practical embodiment in the form of a software complex, which consists of two software tools implemented in C#. This technology has been practically tested on the basis of the State Research Institute of Testing and Certification of Arms and Military Equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The conducted DDT demonstrated the ability of the proposed information technology to increase the efficiency of tests by performing them in pain in a short period of time (reduced to 50%) and using fewer tests (reduced to 34%).
