Essay

Dissertation is concerned with the issues of developing information technology for quality assessment of preparation of computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine operators, who are the parts of the system "Operator – Computer numerically controlled machine – Control program of manufacturing assembly parts". The system mentioned consists of the following elements and subsystems – social (CNC machine operator), technical (CNC machine) and information subsystem (control program for manufacturing assembly parts at CNC machine). To evaluate the work of a CNC machine operator self-assessments, expert assessments, normalized industry standard estimates are used, which are obtained on the basis of a list of indicators applied to a CNC machine operator professional competence. The ranks of self-assessments and expert assessments are combined into the CNC machine operator’s professional competency index, which firmly captures the measure of unity / imbalance of consciousness and social and practical activity of an individual. Expert assessments and normalized estimates formed on the basis of the content of the industry standard are combined into the CNC machine operator’s quality score, which captures the degree of directional compliance of the assessments of the products actually produced by them and the regulatory assessments-requirements to them. Information technology for assessing the quality of training of CNC machine operators and their selection according to customer requirements for the production at CNC machines is based on the use of a reasonable list of diagnostic and mathematical methods in interaction with the forming methods included in the software complex. It has been proved that the selection of CNC machine operators using the linear convolution method is much more accurate, if carried out on the basis of index estimates, compared with expert estimates. The accuracy of the selection of CNC machine operators by the linear convolution method, who increased the qualification level by forming methods of state certification is significantly increasing.
