Hrebeniuk L. Formation of the Readiness of Future Officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for Professional Interaction in International Peace and Security Operations.

The dissertation is focused on the issue of formation of the readiness of future officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for professional interaction in international peace and security operations. The conceptual notion of «readiness of future officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for professional interaction in international peace and security operations» has been determined, the diagnostic tools for defining the state of its formation has been improved due to the use of the following criteria (motivational-emotional, informational-pragmatic and functional) together with relevant indicators, as well as characteristics of the levels of readiness (initial, intermediate and sufficient). The pedagogical conditions for formation the readiness of future officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for professional interaction in international peace and security operations have been substantiated in the following matter: implementation into educational process the forms and methods of personally oriented, problematic and interactive learning; the use of information and computer technologies for skills development in retrieving and transmitting information within limited time framework, effective English communication skills; modeling and designing of various aspects of professional interaction in a foreign language environment during international peace and security operations. According to the results of the research, methodological recommendations were developed for the scientific and pedagogical staff as to the terms of forming the readiness of future officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for professional cooperation in international peacekeeping and security operations.
