Chepkalenko D. Legislative regulation of the organization and activity of judicial enforcement bodies in Ukraine in the twentieth century: a historical and legal study.

The dissertation is devoted to the systematic analysis of the Genesis of the Institute of Enforcement of Judgments, its impact on the development of the modern judicial system in Ukraine. The evolution of the branch of the norms that governed the organization and activity of judicial enforcement bodies in Ukraine at specific historical stages has been investigated, on the basis of which the peculiarities of the legal regulation of the activity of judicial enforcement bodies have been determined. The status of the legal and regulatory support for the functioning of enforcement bodies in Ukraine is described. The dynamics of the appearance and formation of the legal institute of enforcement bodies of judicial decisions is shown in the historical and legal plane. The tendencies and peculiarities of legal regulation of the institute of enforcement of court decisions at specific historical stages are demonstrated.
