Essay

The dissertation presents an expanded characteristic of public associations as an institution of civil society and a subject of legal relations in the modern state. Their nature, concept, types, regularities of relations with other institutes of civil society are revealed. Prospects of development of public associations in Ukraine and mechanisms of legal support of corresponding processes are determined. It is proved that the basic foundation of the phenomenon of public associations is human rights, and above all, the inalienable right to freedom of association (association). Such an approach to the greatest extent reflects the legal nature of public organizations, which, on the one hand, are free collective entities, and on the other, embody the right to freedom of association relating to inalienable human rights.
