Essay

The thesis substantiates that civil liability in the implementation of information relations is a legal means aimed at ensuring the stability and efficiency of information circulation and ensuring the protection of violated rights of participants in civil legal relations in the infosphere. The use of appropriate and adequate means of civil liability will allow disciplining the subjects and taking appropriate measures to restore the violated material information rights of the individual, make the necessary reparation, and thus by applying the negative effects of property to the person who committed a civil offense, stop the violation or threat to the protected right. The dissertation research proved that the most significant feature of information that distinguishes it from other non-property rights of a person is its versatility and comprehensive nature. Not one field of human activity, including those that have appropriate legal support at the present stage, can even be imagined without an information component. At the same time, taking into account the special regimes of information activities in order to ensure state and public interests, an objective need arises to introduce special ways of disseminating and using information.
