Essay

The dissertation is devoted to improvement of scientific - methodological and applied principles of economic substantiation and organization of reengineering at a construction contracting enterprise. The scientific and methodological value of the results of the dissertation is to introduce a scientific and methodological approach and analytical tools for making reengineering decisions, which are specifically tailored to the specifics of the operating system of a construction contracting enterprise in a multiproject environment. The scientific novelty of the dissertation is that the results of the research in aggregate use provide the management of the contracting enterprises with a modern, productive and formalized basis for the preparation and implementation of the reengineering project cycle as a systemic local modernization or through transformation of the operating and production system of scientific and technological work: the advantage of the СС reengineering approach is the consideration of it as a targeted innovation investment project, the content and course of implementation I agreed with the stages of the life cycle of the enterprise and the content of the life cycles of construction projects, in which the given СС acts as a contractor. The scientific and methodological complex of substantiation of economic content and management regulation of СС reengineering has been developed, which provides preparation and selection of options for the reengineering project in several stages., In the form of a clearly formalized operating technology. In contrast to the existing methodological approaches to reengineering, the introduced approach includes special diagnostic subsystems, which formally link the state of СС defined by the modules of the instrumentation (from "absolute" equilibrium - to its complete loss) with the characteristics of reengineering masses and engineering. - from local updating of individual business processes and subsystems of the operating system СС to its end-to-end transformation. The practical value of the dissertation results is determined by the fact that - through the use of practical recommendations and decision-making software - at the disposal of the management units of the contracting enterprises is provided an instrument of evaluation, management, budgeting and economic control of the reengineering cycle as a targeted project aimed at implementing a strategy aimed at implementing the strategy improving the enterprise management system and increasing its competitiveness as a contractor there too.
