The thesis is dedicated to development of new modified, wear resistant epoxyplast materials for improving maintenance features of technological equipment. Based on the research results of the processes of interphase interaction while heterogeneous systems and their maintenance features are formed the technology to form them has been introduced using resource-saving approaches concerning construction of protective «hybrid» covers. The results that were obtained gave a chance to create protective covers with improved performance of adhesive strength (by applying an adhesive coat) and cohesive strength (by means of formation of an upper layer). The developed materials are meant to be used as protective covers with improved maintenance features to restore parts of various functional purposes. It has been proved that the protective cover has the best performance of hydro abrasive wear resistance which was formed by successive application of cotton and linen cloths soaked with epoxyde solution modified by diaminobenzol - 4' - carbon acid (q = 1 mas.p.) and filled with parts of synthesized titanic and aluminum charge (q = 0.5 mas.p.). The wear resistant coefficient influenced by hydro abrasive of such a surface makes up to K3 = 1.56, which is 1.2 times greater than usual performance of the modified isotopic composite filled with dispersed particles. It has been proved that the mechanism of «hybrid» protective cover wear is caused by physical and mechanical processes on the composite surface, the most prominent among them are the processes of micro cutting and plastic warping of the upper layer. The developed wear resistant cover and technological procedure of its formation and application has been introduced at the joint-stock venture «F.L.P.» (Zhytomyr). The introduction of the developed protective cover raises the hydro abrasive wear resistance of parts by 2.0…2.3 times and lessens periodicity of restoration of damaged places by 1.5…1.8 times.
