Essay

The object is the process of managing the competitiveness of the enterprise in the service sector. The purpose is the deepening of the theoretical provisions and developing methodological and practical recommendations for managing the competitiveness of car service companies. Methods: statistical, expert, comparative-descriptive, system-structural, method of expert estimations, matrix method, method of simulation modeling, method of regression analysis, SWOT-analysis, PEST-analysis. The results are proved at the level of methodological developments, which allows using them in the practical activities of car service companies. These recommendations are intended for widespread usage by car service companies, and can also be transformed into other companies that provide certain services. The novelty lies in the theoretical and methodological substantiation and developing the practical recommendations for managing the competitiveness of car service enterprises. It is implemented into the activities of LLC "Avtopalats Ternopil", LLC "Bogdan-Auto Ternopil", LLC "Bosh Service Center Ternopil", Ternopil National Economic University.
